About Us
The Jr. Cougar Wrestling Club has provided quality youth wrestling instruction for more than 20 years. Our coaching staff are USA Wrestling credentialed instructors committed to providing comprehensive wrestling instruction, training, and competition in a positive and rewarding learning environment
Anyone who is in first through eighth grade may join the Jr. Cougar Wrestling Club. The club offers a Tot's Program for kids ages 6 and under, an Instructional Program for beginning wrestlers ages 7 and up, as well as an Advanced Competitive Program with an emphasis on advanced training and competitition.

What about Practice?
Practices are held Conant High School on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8pm, unless otherwise indicated.
And competition?
The club partipates in IKWF sanctioned competitions throughout the Chicagoland area. Competitiors are paired by age, weight, and experience level.

What is the Cost?
The Jr. Cougar Wrestling Club is a non-for-profit organization operated by volunteers. Through volunteer and fundraising efforts, we keep our costs substantially lower than any other club in the area. Why pay more?
The Jr. Cougar Wrestling Club boasts a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience, including two successful HS varsity head coaches and two additional coaches with over 20 combined years of operating and coaching IKWF wrestling clubs.
