Team pictures will be followed by a pizza party. The team will then stick around and cheer on the Conant HS varsity wrestling team as they take on the Fremd Vikings.

Who Can Wrestle?

Anyone who is in first through eighth grade can join the Jr. Cougar Cougar Wrestling Club.

When Does the Team Practice?

Practices are held at from 6:30-8 PM at Conant HS on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from November through February.

What About Competition?

The team participates in IKWF sanctioned competitions throughout the Chicagoland area. Competitors are paired by age, weight, and experience level.

Practice Schedule Change

The Holiday Break practice schedule has been modified slightly. Practices will now be held on Monday, December 26th and Thursday, December 29th from 12-1:30pm.
Additionally, the club will host a second holiday dual meet on Wednesday, December 28th from 12-2pm.
