JOIN THE JUNIOR COUGARS WRESTLING CLUB
Join
the Junior Cougars Wrestling Club. Registration
for the 2009-10 wrestling season will be held on
November 9th (Monday) at 6:00 p.m. in the
Conant High School Wrestling Room. Please
bring a copy of your birth certificate and payment
at registration.
Learn wrestling fundamentals, develop confidence,
discipline, fitnesss, and have a great time. Instruction
levels include beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Everyone
ages 6-14 eligible.
Fee: $160 per athlete, which includes a $40
USA Wrestling card, all tournament entry fees, team
t-shirt and shorts. (print

Practices will be held every Monday, Wednesdays
and most Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. with the
first practice starting on November 16th at Conant
High School. Regular season goes from
November through February.

 VARSITY
& PICTURE NIGHT
December 4th, 2009
On
Friday, December 4th from 6-9 p.m. the Junior
Cougar Wrestling Club will hold Varsity Night
in support of our high school program here at
Conant High School. We will also be having pictures
taken before the wrestling begins.
Come watch and cheer for many of the former Jr.
Cougar wrestlers as they take on a conference
rival.
Wrestling begins at 6:00 p.m. with the freshman
and continues through the varsity meet. Pizza
and pop will be provided.
